There a family run business a small business. They are the friendliest happiest people you will ever meet. If you want what your describing go to a high end high class restaurant they offer good food good service lat a fair price. There friendlness can not be beat. Yes maybe they don't carry crab but there are so many other places that do.. They cook the same delicious food they have for years so why change things up? When they have a amazing thing going. So nothing against you this is not to stir up drama just explaining why they don't have the noodles you want as well as the crab. You could suggest it to them about the noodles perhaps they may want to give it a try. But in all honesty people go there for the people the bubble tea and the good simple food. :)

Yes, and many other things. Though I would recommend branching out and trying some of the other things on their menu. The food over all is really quite good, but the thing that will keep you going back is the service.

In the Yates St and View St parkade, yes. There is also street parking. Just not in front.
